📦 Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and more.
🚚 Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka City: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka (Anywhere in Bangladesh): 2–5 business days
- Pre-Order or Special Products: Delivery time may vary (details will be mentioned on the product page).
💰 Shipping Charges
- Inside Chittagong: Starting from ৳50–৳80 (depends on product weight & size)
- Outside Chittagong: Starting from ৳130–৳180 (depends on courier service, weight & size)
- Free Shipping: On selected products or when your order crosses [set amount, e.g., ৳3000].
🏦 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most products all over Bangladesh.
- Simply pay the delivery agent once your product arrives at your doorstep.
- For some high-value items, we may request a partial advance payment.
🛒 Order Processing
- Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation SMS/email with tracking details once your package is dispatched.

❌ Failed Delivery / Return
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt again.
- In case of repeated failed delivery, your order may be canceled.
- Returns due to wrong address or refusal will incur reshipping charges.
